Cleveland - Bolivar County housing stock ranges from homes built in the early 1900s to new construction. Prices range from $85,000-$500,000. We have single family homes, townhouse style units, as well as a few condominium units. There are also several subdivisions both inside and outside the city limits that are available to build custom-built homes. 

According to Realtor.com, the average sales price for a single-family home in Cleveland is  $175,000. Residential lots range from $15,000-$75,000.

Land development for residential lots is ongoing with lots available most notably along the Laughlin Road Subdivisions, Chatmoss Phase II, and Mocking Trail Square. Odom Place Townhomes, Woodlawn Apartments, and Capterton Lane apartments and townhomes cater to mature renters. Other rental options can be found via local real estate websites

Cleveland, MS has a designated Founder’s Historic District and due to previous work of Cleveland’s Historic Preservation Committee, property owners in this area may be able to receive Federal and State tax credits for interior and exterior renovations that meet certain criteria.
