The Cleveland–Bolivar County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the L.E.A.D. Bolivar Class of 2026, an outstanding group of emerging and established leaders committed to investing in the future of Bolivar County.

L.E.A.D. Bolivar — Leadership • Education • Action • Development — is a comprehensive community leadership program designed to equip participants with the knowledge, relationships, and real-world insight needed to strengthen our region. Through immersive sessions, hands-on experiences, and meaningful dialogue, class members gain a deeper understanding of the industries, institutions, and people that drive progress across Bolivar County.

About L.E.A.D. Bolivar

The program focuses on four core pillars:

  • Leadership – Strengthening personal leadership capacity and professional effectiveness

  • Education – Exploring key sectors including economic development, government, healthcare, workforce, and education

  • Action – Encouraging civic engagement and community involvement

  • Development – Building long-term connections that foster collaboration and regional growth

Participants meet monthly for in-depth sessions led by respected regional leaders and subject matter experts.

The Class of 2026 will kick off the year with a featured session led by Andy Portera of Portera & Associates, providing a foundational framework for personal and professional leadership development.

Throughout the year, participants will engage with leaders across business, industry, government, nonprofit organizations, and education to gain firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges shaping Bolivar County’s future.
