Chamber Scholars

The Education Committee of the Cleveland-Bolivar County Chamber of Commerce works to enhance the educational experience of local learners by linking academics, businesses, and community groups to promote real world learning, support partnerships, and encourage and celebrate educational excellence.

One of the signature educational programs of the Chamber is Chamber Scholars, an annual scholarship funded entirely through member support that is awarded to stand-out graduating seniors from any high school located in Bolivar County. Requirements for the Chamber Scholars program are outlined below. The Chamber begins taking applications in March, and follows up the awards review process with an honorary reception.. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 2025 CHAMBER SCHOLARS!

The Cleveland-Bolivar County Chamber of Commerce proudly recognized the 2025 Chamber Scholars during a special awards ceremony held on Tuesday, May 6th, honoring a remarkable group of high school seniors whose achievements, leadership, and perseverance stood out in a competitive application process.

Six exceptional students were selected to receive this year’s Chamber Scholar Scholarships:

- Addison Smith
- Titus Taylor
- Tiara Williams
- Terrance Wilson


These students exemplify the excellence and determination that make Bolivar County shine, and we are proud to support them as they pursue their educational goals and future careers.

In addition to our scholarship recipients, ten outstanding finalists were presented with the 2025 Chamber Scholars Finalist Award for Academic and Leadership Distinction, in recognition of their remarkable accomplishments and potential:
